Along with administrative offices, and an integrated warehouse, the facility includes a full service barber shop, GNC store, nail salon, full service bank, coffee shop, tailor, self-service coin laundry, and four independent restaurants. Construction includes is pre-cast tilt up panels with structural steel columns and beams.
