As part of Jacksonville University’s multi-year capital expenditure campus improvement initiative, ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥ provided construction management services for two phases of the student village apartments. Eight buildings provide living quarters for more than 400 students. Each unit has 12 four-bedroom apartments with the latest in modern conveniences and appliances. Building materials include concrete-block walls, concrete floors and a wood truss system with asphalt shingles.
