Delivery Method
·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥ provided construction management services for the renovation and expansion of Gibbs Hall, a classroom, and recreational building. ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥ also provided design-build services for the addition of covered walkways to connect several of the school's buildings. Fourteen new classrooms were added to Gibbs Hall, which is used for career-specific training for the visually impaired. The covered walkway system connects classrooms, dorms, and other buildings. As construction took place on an occupied campus, ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥ closely coordinated with faculty and staff to ensure site safety and minimize disruption to students.
